"Cal was 35 years old and had been with the company for 8 years. Although he had a bachelor's degree in accounting, he had held many jobs in the company. Currently, he was installing a small computer system and reported directly to Bob"
IN pratica, cosa stava installando? :D Una rete di computer? UN sistema operativo? Non ho trvato questa collocazione in nessun dizionario bilingue. Grazie :-)

Premesso che non sono sicura di cosa sia, il fatto che ci sia "small" mi fa pensare che si stia parlando di "small computers" e non di una piccola rete, ma di una rete di "piccoli computer". Io direi perciò "sistema di small computer".
