English term or phrase: unnoticed

With the XXX concept, individual access rights for digital standalone components are stored on a personal access credential (e.g. RFID staff badge or RFID key). Data is transferred to the standalone components via this badge and is read out unnoticed during the process of identifying the user (see Figure 1). Conversely, the standalone cmponent can write certain data - e.g. battery low - on the card. On exiting the building or the next time the individual enters the premises, this data is transferred – also unnoticed – to the authorisation system where it is further processed online.

Grazie dell'aiuto

trasparentemente / automaticamente
Explanation:
Secondo me unnoticed qui sta a significare che è un trasferimento che viene fatto in maniera automatica, quindi trasparente all'utente

Explanation:
Ciao,

Buon lavoro,
Carla
