Explanation:
Un'alternativa. Scusa, leggendo il resto della tua traduzione notavo che hai reso 'delegation' come 'attribuzione', secondo me sarebbe meglio renderlo come 'delega' perche mi pare proprio questo che il discorso vuole evidenziare, cioe si definiscono dei gruppi di UID e poi si delega ad altri soggetti (mi pare di capire non necessariamente degli amministratori del sistema) la definizione dei dettagli di queste utenze. E da qui nascono gli 'attriti'di cui si parla.
