si avvicina il termine dei 60 giorni che la societa' si 'e imposto

la scadenza che la societa' si e' imposta.


mi sembra meglio dire che la scadenza si avvicina e non che l'azienda si avvicina alla scadenza, ricalcando in questo secondo modo troppo la fraseologia inglese.
