Explanation:
Una proposta. Mi discosto dall'altra proposta di traduzione in base a due rilievi:
1) l'espressione ragionevoli, comparabili ed equilibrati, mi pare traduca, nel documento citato reasonable, comparable and balanced (cfr. la versione inglese sostituendo nell' indirizzo URL, IT con EN)
2) poiché la clausola pone un limite al potere di addebitare i costi di annullamento, mi pare che i parametri siano la giustificatezza dell'addebito (es. evitare l'addebito di voci di spesa del tutto inconferenti) e la sua conguità (gli esborsi non possono essere gonfiati a dismisura)
