Grazie, ciao!
"Carlos Slim Helu and his family own the controlling interests in Grupo Carso and wasted no time reducing CompUSA's costs by reorganizing CompUSA and focusing the company on its core products. Slim sold off CompUSA's PC manufacturing plant and its call center. He wanted CompUSA to do more with fewer resources in order to immediately improve the profitability of the firm. A lawsuit was filed by vendors over a noncommittal agreeement. Eventually, it was thrown out in the Texas courts, but differences between doing business in Latin America and the United States emerged. "
Grazie mille! Ciao! :-)

Explanation:
Ciao Luca,

Committal Proceedings
If an injunction order is broken you can ask the court to send your opponent to prison, (committal).
You must show that your opponent has deliberately broken the injunction. The County Court and High Court have powers to either send your opponent to prison for up to 2 years or suspend the sentence as a warning to your opponent that if he/she breaks the injunction order again he/she could be sent to prison.
Or, they can order your opponent to pay a fine.
The injunction order must have been personally served on your opponent before you can apply for committal.
