The Wife owns, as joint tenant with rights of survivorship with xxx, the home occupied by the parties located at xxx. pursuant to the attached antenuptial agreement, the wife shall take the said marital home. The husband hereby expressly waives and releases any and all rights in and to such real estate which he may now have or may hereafter acquire. The wife undertakes to assume and pay the mortgage and to hold the husband harmless with respect to and indebtedness secured by the aforesaid mortgage upon the said real property. |
