Ho trovato 'beneficiario principale' ma 'capitale' per un'altra frase ('to distribute principal in money or in kind...'). Sapete aiutarmi?

Explanation:
Il che significa che tutte le spese sostentue dall'esecutore testamentario saranno pagate dall'asse ereditario:
Se Tizio muore, lasciando in eredità 1 milione di euro, nomina Caio come esecuotre del testamento, e lascia i suoi beni a Sempronio,
ogni spesa sostenuta da Caio nell'espletamento delle sue mansioni di esecutore sarà detratta dall'eredità stessa.

Esempio:

Art. 712 C.C.
Le spese fatte dall'esecutore testamentario per l'esercizio del suo ufficio sono a carico dell'eredità

Il De Franchis traduce "residuary estate" come "residuo attivo, relitto dell'eredità dopo il pagamento dei debiti, delle spese e, nel caso di successione testamentaria, dopo l'adempimento dei legati".

Quindi suggerirei di tradurre il tutto come "a carico del residuo attivo dell'eredità"
