nella frase "Any binding action by xxx prior necessarily requires the positive internal institutional prerequisites but at least a reliable action from xxx employees having full power of attorney." mi sembra di aver capito che vuol dire che il prerequisito interno deve essere fornito da una persona con potere di firma all'interno della società? inoltre non riesco a capire cosa si intende per RELIABLE ACTION.
