English to Italian translations [PRO] Law/Patents - Law: Contract(s) | | English term or phrase: TBD | Buongiorno a tutti.
Vorrei chiedervi un aiuto su come tradurre dall'inglese, in un "CONTRACT FOR SALE & PURCHASE BOND", l'acronimo TBD in queste 3 frasi:
"Party A will sell to Party B the sum of $TBD 50,000,000.00 USD"
"Party B will reserve TBD up to the amount of $500,000,000.00"
"This agreement shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the international laws of TBD".
Normalmente significa "to be determined" o "to be defined".
