"L'unica azione possibile per le parti in caso di violazione delle garanzie sarà per inadempimento contrattuale ai sensi del presente accordo e le parti si impegnano fin d'ora incondizionatamente e irrevocabilmente a rinunciare a qualsiasi altra rivendicazione, diritto o azione eventualmente utilizzabile".
