Ho un dubbio sulla traduzione di "third party lessee"; la frase dice:
In the event of early termination of this agreement, lease deposit shall be refunded to Lessee only after third party lessee completes occupation of leased property.

Io lo intendo come "terza parte locataria" ma è corretto?
