means claims, liens, judgements, penalties awards remedies, debts, liabilities, damages, demands, costs (including legal costs), losses, expenses or causes of action, of whatever nature, including without limitation, those made or enjoyed by dependants, heirs, claimants, executors, administrators, successors, survivors or assigns.
Ho tradotto:
Rivendicazioni: significa rivendicazioni, diritti di pegno, sentenze, sanzioni, premi, risarcimenti, debiti, passivita, danni, richieste (o pretese?), costi (compresi i costi legali), perdite, spese o diritti sostanziali di qualsiasi natura, inclusi, senza limitazioni, quelli avanzati o goduti da persone a carico, eredi, richiedenti, esecutori, amministratori, successori, superstiti o assegnatari.
Vorrei una conferma da chi e' piu' esperto in materia.
