Explanation:
Se non ci sono errori di battitura (chiedi al tuo cliente perchè cambia tutto), allora significa come dici, che il proprietario usufruisce del terreno a destra della via X.
Se, invece, dicesse "the right of use of the land ecc" allora cambia tutto.
Dovresti proprio fartelo confermare dal cliente
