Il senso mi è chiaro, ma non riesco a rendere bene quel "referred to". Per "litigation" pensavo di scegliere "vertenza giudiziaria", da contrapporre a "controversia" per "dispute".

If the dispute is not resolved in this manner within thirty (30) days after the date the other party has served the above mentioned written notice or such other period upon which both parties shall agree or the other party expressly refuse the consultation, then such dispute shall be referred to litigation in accordance with the provision of paragraph (b) below
