In un contratto di prestazione di servizi all'interno del gruppo, non so come tradurre queste due espressioni, soprattutto "receiving": avevo pensato a fornitore e ricevente, o forse utente. Sono due società affiliate (controllata e controllante).
"Therefore the Parties wish to document in writing that the Providing Party has supported the operations of the Receiving Party during the twelve-month period starting from 1st July 2003"

“Providing Party” Means the Parent providing Services
“Receiving Party” Means the Subsidiary receiving Services
