Upon expiration of this agreement, the TV company shall have the right ***to match*** every third party offer submitted to the Licensor (Football team) concerning the football matches played by the Licensor's first team within the Serie A during the season 2008/2009.[...]
Should a third party offer accepted by the Club cover more than the season 2008/09, the term of the TV company's matching right shall be equivalent to the term of the third party offer.
Should the Licensor not submit an offer to the TV company not later than two weeks prior to the first match played during the season 2008/2009, the TV company shall have the right to market the rights to the season 2008/2009 to the financial conditions for the season 2007/2008 as mentioned under Article xx.
Should no agreement between the parties become effective as per subsection (1) above, the Club is not entitled to enter into an agreement with any third party under conditions being more favourable for the third party than the conditions having been revealed to the TV channel.
