Hi mbatrad.. the sentence should read as follow: Nel caso che lo standard proposto è (o viene) adottato, e lo stesso standard non può essere esercitato ( o rispettato) senza ricorrere all\'uso di tale brevetto, XXX conviene, dietro richiesta per iscritto, di concedere una licenza d\'uso di tali brevetti soltanto ai fini necessari per esercitare ( o ripsettare) gli stessi standard.
Le licenze d\'uso sotto questi brevetti saranno concesse a condizioni vantaggiose ( o convenineti).
