così di getto mi vengono in mente queste soluzioni anche se avendo il testo magari potrei essere più preciso e meno logorroico.

affinchè non vengano sollevate controversie

al fine di concludere il rapporto contrattuale in via amichevole.

A termini di legge (=in conformità della legge)


Explanation:
Dai link indicati, sembra che l'espressione sia antica e per lo più utilizzata in testi religiosi e/o legali che invocano il "rispetto dell'ordine e della legge". Salvo errore, non mi pare esista un esatto equivalente in italiano. Utilizzerei la formula "a termini di legge" che comunque richiama il rispetto della legge (e dell'ordine in essa costituito e da essa rappresentato).
