Nel primo caso tradurrei "società del richiedente", ma anche "società richiedente" manterrebbe lo stesso significato. Idem per il secondo caso: "società registrata" oppure "società del proprietario già registrato" (tanto se è registrato il proprietario è registrata anche la società!). |
