La riservatezza cliente-avvocato riguarda quel che il cliente dice all'avvocato e viceversa, ma la riservatezza sull'attività difensiva dell'avvocato può riguardare anche dichiarazioni altrui e materiali raccolti o attività svolte da altri, se servono all'attività difensiva. Negli ultimi anni questa riservatezza ha iniziato ad essere applicata anche in situazioni stragiudiziali. |
