Non capisco se si tratti di un apersona fisica o di un ente, e come si può rendere in italiano.

In base al dizionario Picchi il 'Registrar" è innanzitutto una persona fisica e corrisponde alla figura di un Conservatore (di qualsiasi pubblico registro e, nel nostro caso, del Registro delle Società per azioni); tuttavia viene riportato anche un secondo significato corrispondente al luogo fisico in cui tale pubblico ufficiale esercita le sue funzioni che permetterebbe di tradurre tale termine con "Conservatoria".
Il 'Registrar of Companies', ad esempio, viene tradotto con 'Conservatore del Registro delle Società" ma anche, semplicemente, come "Conservatoria del Registro delle Società/delle Imprese"...
"Corporation" infine è, più specificatamente, la "società per azioni".
