English to Italian translations [PRO]

In un testo riguardante alcuni termini e condizioni mi trovo davanti il seguente:
"XXX means a limited liability company registered in Hungary (registration number at the Metropolitan Court of Registration, Budapest XXX; address:XXX; taxation number: XXX) operating in the field of..."
Ora, nel seguente collegamento trovo che "Metropolitan Court" viene reso come "Tribunale":

Il problema che mi sono posto è se ci sia una differenza sostanziale per quanto riguarda la parte relativa a "Registration" e se in Italia sia presente un organismo simile, oppure, in quale modo si può rendere la frase.
