A larger deficit than the one authorised will entail a 3 year economic and financial plan to re-balance (CPFF and CNAL may exempt from it depending on the real evolution of the economy at central government’s proposal). In cases of smaller surplus, the Law prescribes that a report has to be submitted to the CPFF on keeping the balance over the cycle.
Un deficit maggiore di quello autorizzato richiederà un piano economico e finanziario per ribilanciare (CPFF E CNAL potrebbero essere esenti in quanto dipendono dall’evoluzione reale dell’economia su proposta del Governo centrale). Nei casi di eccedenza minore, la Legge prevede un rapporto da trasmettere al CPFF per mantenere il pareggio nel corso del ciclo.
