l'unico luogo dove mi risulti si parli di "tax capital group" è la Polonia.
si tratta della possibilità di tassare il reddito societario a livello di gruppo - analogamente al nostro consolidato fiscale.
la tassa patrimoniale non c'entra nulla -si parla di imposte su redditi societari!
