| Grading comment Vi ringrazio entrambi. Pur ritenendo valide tutte e due le risposte, vedo su internet che "parte non contraria" viene solitamente seguita dal complemento di termine "es. alla Costituzione". "Parte non avversa" rimane più spesso un termine indipendente.
