English to Italian translations [PRO] Law/Patents - Law (general) / Court Judgment
English term or phrase:detenuto arr.ti dom.ri presente
I am working on a criminal Court Judgment and cannot find these abbreviations anywhere..
I'm thinking detenuto is detained but it could also be "deemed to be".
Frankly I have no clue at this point. Your help is as always much appreciated
I decided it would be best to have a picture of Porto Venere, the favorite "beach hangout" of my youth (near La Spezia where I grew up instead because one of my clients could not figure out that I have a red cow"girl" hat on in the picture..and she called it a "barile" (barrell)..
