Attenzione: sembra facile, ma non è così!
Prima vi riporto il testo, poi vi espongo il problema

Quindi in pratica io capisco che" Nei casi in cui l’azione legale approda in tribunale, le procedure sono così lunghe e appesantite dalla burocrazia che la maggior parte delle persone rinuncia a intentare causa" Ma se approda in tribunale, non è vero che le persone rinunciano a intentare causa giusto? Sembra un controsenso. E' presente un errore o sono io che non ho capito bene?

Non è che la persona è già in tribunale: ipotizza di andarci, ma non lo fa, perché, ecc... Si fa un'ipotesi generalizzata.
