I need your help in translating these terms. they come from a Certificate of No Appeal regarding a dissolution of marriage.
my poor attempts:
1) petitioner/petitioner --> ricorrente/ricorrente (then I was wondering why they repeat the same term two times)
2) respondent/defendant --> imputato ??? no idea! help!

d'accordo per ricorrente/attore, invece "defendant" è il convenuto in cause civili e non imputato.

Sì, ma nelle cause di divorzio il termine "imputato" è fuori luogo. Hai tradotto bene i primi due termini mentre per gli ultimi due utilizzerei di preferenza "resistente (respondent)" e "convenuto (defendant)"...

Why did the menu change?
The updates to the menu were made to make the site easy and more intuitive for visitors. Obviously, like any change, this may take a few days to get used to.
The dropdown menus have been divided into two-dimensional panels with similar items grouped together under headings. This eliminates scrolling for those with smaller screens, and also improves readability.
