English to Italian translations [PRO]
Law/Patents - Law (general)
English term or phrase: estate (in contesto)
Da una citazione in giudizio:
"As a direct a proximate result of the negligence of the Third-Party Defendants, XYZ, the Defendants/Third-Party Plaintiffs, QQQ, have been named in a lawsuits by the **Estate** of JJJ, who was a passenger in kiddie train which allegedly caused his death."
