in un caso come quello in cui - se capisco bene - ci troviamo, cioè giudiziale e non contrattuale, il termine "consideration" significa "esame" mentre l'espressione "full hearing" viene tradotta dal dizionario De Franchis con "dibattimento in contraddittorio".
