Nel sistema italiano esistono in effetti entrambe le formulazioni suggerite (ed è per questo che ho dato il mio agree ad entrambe) anche se non sono interamente sinonime tra loro; per capire la sottile differenza, che ha a che fare con la provvisorietà, la strumentalità e l'incisività della misura, giova forse leggere i riferimenti offerti da questo link ma occorrerebbe poi approfondire di pari passo anche la portata, nel sistema US, del provvedimento citato .
