Nel paragrafo "the proposed sale" trovo questo passaggio "each of the closings describes the premises to be conveyed and recites the obligation of the Seller to convey marketable title, free of any liens or interests of any third parties; **each addresses the issue of the condition of the premises at closing which in each case herein is “as is"**
Anche in questo caso la resa trovata non mi soddisfa.
