Ho scoperto che nella compravendita di alberghi:
"Tray Ledger means the final night's room revenue of the hotel (revenue from rooms occupied as of 12.01 am on the Closing Date, exclusive of food, beverage, telephone and similar charges which shall be retained by the seller), including any sales taxes, room taxes or other taxes thereon".
