| | | per espropriazione | Explanation: ...come spiegato nel riferimento postato da Fabrizio. Infatti mi risulta che in casi di espropriazione ci sia di solito un qualche forma di pagamento (qui si parla di *unpaid award*, quindi un compenso non ancora incassato).
Invece non credo si incassi nulla in caso di "condemned buildings", cioe' quelli dichiarati inagibili
