Here's one of the two hits from Canadian courts : La requête en radiation du subpoena est une _mesure accessoire_ qui dépend entièrement de l'obtention par les intimés de la déclaration qu'ils sollicitent. The request that the subpoena be quashed is _incidental relief_ that is entirely dependent on the respondents obtaining the declaration which they seek. The other one is vaguer still : La défenderesse conclut _entre autres_ à ordonnance portant obligation pour les demanderesses de produire intégralement les documents cités dans leurs affidavits d'énumération des documents.
