Explanation:
Scusate, probabilmente chi ha già risposto è molto più ferrato di me in linguaggio contrattuale, ma mi chiedevo se in questo caso non potesse essere valida questa soluzione, visto che si parla anche di ordinare merci ecc.
Se non sbaglio 'liability' ha il doppio significato di responsabilità e debito/passività.
Mi interesserebbe conoscere il vostro parere :-).
