tasche profonde Explanation: ho trovato l'espressione utilizzata in articoli di giornale; può darsi che sia un anglicismo, comunque viene utilizzato. Io avrei pensato anche a "portafoglio ben imbottito" ma non ho trovato riscontro. Anche per quanto riguarda il suggerimento di "portafoglio spesso" non ho trovato riscontro. |

tasche fornite o tasche profonde Explanation: In America, mi pare di capire, si tratta di un tipo di approccio per ottenere un maggiore risarcimento danni da parte di aziende o enti che se lo possono permettere. vedi www.law.harvard.edu/publications/ evidenceiii/problems/36.htm . In italiano non sembra esistere un termine corrispondente, visto che spesso resta l'espressione inglese spiegata fra parentesi (vedi link).
