In una traduzione legale ricorre questa espressione, che in taluni casi mi pare ridondante. Ecco qualche esempio:

"The above mentioned recognizance might be limited *in due time*".

"The court decisions will be ordered *in due time* on penalty of a recognizance of Euros XXX"

"The Company A will have to submit the other information to the Company B's attorney within two months after the final judgement has been served up the Company A *in due time*".

Il Garzanti-Hazon traduce "DUE NOTICE" = AVVISO DATO NEI TERMINI DI LEGGE E "DUE PROCESSN CLAUSES (AMER.)" = DIRITTI FONDAMENTALI DEL CITTADINO PREVISTI DALLA COSTITUZIONE FEDERALE.
Perciò io tradurrei questa espressione con un giro di parole:
- nei tempi previsti dalla legge
- nei termini di legge

"The court decisions will be ordered *in due time* on penalty of a recognizance of Euros XXX" non significa che la Corte rende note le sue decisioni a tempo debito ma che le decisioni della Corte devono essere applicate a tempo debito. Io rinnovo il mio "agree" a Massimo.
