ratificazione (o approvazione) Explanation: Da quanto afferro dal testo, penso che si tratti di una ratifica, data mediante la firma apposta attergo all'atto con cui si richiede per diritto la notifica in un luogo diverso dalla sede in cui il processo ha avuto origine.
