Can't explain in Italian - not up to it.

The first renunciation is ....of the agreement 'as a benefit'. So rinuncia I think would be right.

The waiver of the suspension - as a 'disbenefit' i.e. a setback - I believe is not a true waiver, but a 'forbearance'.
