Ciao a tutti, sto traducendo un testo che concerne il sessismo linguistico nello slang nglese contemporaneo. Sto avendo difficoltà a trovare i vari termini, insulti di natura sessuale...Mi sapreste indicare un buon dizionario di slang americano e inglese, che sia aggiornato?

"hobags" dovrebbe essere una parola composta da "ho" (abbreviazione di "whore") e "bag", come in altri insulti tipo "dirtbag" o "duchebag". "skankly" in questo caso sta per "skanky", quindi "sporco, sciatto, ecc."

Non vorrei sbagliarmi, ma i primi due termini dovrebbero avere un'origine romana, mentre il terzo dovrebbe essere nato in area napoletana. :-)

Cosa c'è di più forte, "racchiona" o "scorfano"? Quest'ultimo, in realtà, è un termine più tipicamente maschile. :-)

a mio avviso, per quanto riguarda il termine in questione, lo Urban mi sembra una fonte reliable...
qui di seguito trovi un articolo scritto da due personaggi che sembrano essere delle autorità nel campo....:)
altrimenti non saprei proprio!
