Io ho tradotto con:
"Finché verranno mantenute queste buone condizioni tra il personale, insieme a programmi di lavoro chiari, precisi e seri, i risultati non tarderanno ad arrivare su ogni area di lavoro ricoperta."
Non sono sicura della mia resa e non trovo una maniera per eliminare la ripetizione della locuzione "di lavoro" (working).
