Non ne avevo mai sentito parlare, ma potrebbe essere coerente con il testo. In pratica "gli allevatori hanno l`obbligo di tenere un registro in cui annotano la data d`inizio e di fine periodo durante il quale determinati farmaci sono stati somministrati al loro bestiame..." e questo per ovvi motivi fiscali
