Explanation: TRovando strano che il termine fosse riferito ai muscoli degli occhi in questo contesto, ho visto che si tratta di una definizione molto tecnica per determinati muscoli della schiena degli animali da macellazione, come conferma anche lo IATE. Ecco uno degli esempi:
