emettilo, consultalo, seguilo, archivialo
cosa ne dite?

tecnica TRAF
Explanation:

...TRAF, as in your paper traffic, stands for toss, refer, act, and file. These are four of the 4 ½ things Winston teaches to do with paper, the half being read. Each paper that comes to your desk or house should be acted upon. You can do one of these four things to each piece of paper....

Explanation:
L'idea è buona, ma "throw it out" sicuramente vuol dire buttarlo fuori.

Reference: Toss it

Reference information:
Da un documento trovato in rete su Stephanie Winston (avrebbe coniato il metodo TRAF): Once I pick up a message, I don’t lay it down again unless I have made a decision about how to handle it. When I recognize a piece of “junk mail,” I save time by not even opening the envelope. Rarely do I regret throwing something away before I open it. Before you make a decision on whether or not to toss it, you might want to ask yourself, “What is the worst thing that could happen if I throw this out?” If I can’t just “toss” the message, then I consider whether I can refer it to someone else.
