la differenza tra incident e accident sta nel fatto che il primo è un evento singolo, accident è ciò che capita accidentalmente e ha conseguenze infauste. Sinistro effettivamente e per consuetudine si applica di solito nel campo assicurativo, ma ha comunque un significato simile a quello di "accident". Forse si "danno" sarebbe più appropriato al contesto? magari specificando "danno alla persona"? |
