Ho pensato a "considerato"/"preso in esame", cioè qualcosa di questo tipo:
La probabilità di occorrenza di un certo rischio sarà stimata assieme al suo impatto su altre singole deliverables e sarà considerato il suo effetto cumulativo in relazione ad altri punti di fallimento entro le deliverables, consentendo una valutazione dell’effetto cumulativo di tutti i fallimenti sulla serie finale di obiettivi di progetto.

quell'occorrenza può diventarr anche un "che si verifichi". Girerei anche la frase dopo (che credo inizi con its cumulative, anche se manca il punto.
