English to Italian translations [PRO]
Marketing - Management | | English term or phrase: Reward Cycle | Ho una serie di testi provenienti dalla newsletter "interna" di una società che si occupa di diversi servizi alle aziende (risorse umane, ottimizzazione, organizzazione aziendale e via dicendo). Spesso ricorre il termine "Reward Cycle" (a volte in forma di stringa, a volte come espressione che apparirà nelle comunicazioni agli utenti): come tradurlo? Ho capito cosa intendono ma non trovo nessuna corrispondenza per nessuna delle ipotesi che mi vengono in mente, il meglio a cui sono pervenuto è "ciclo di premiazioni", ma non mi convince. Online qualcuno lo traduce con "ciclo di feedback", ma feedback e reward sono due cose diverse.

E' un termine che proviene dai giochi Role-play e strategie (per curiosità, puoi vedere su Google), ma che si è installato bene negli altri campi come Management. Giustamente avrebbe bisogno di una descrizione dettagliata per essere tradotto in italiano (se vuoi la precisione), essendo un'espressione tipicamente anglo-sassone; nella letteratura speciale basta anche una parola come "passaggio" o "fase", oppure una abbreviazione, - una volta che hai preso confidenza con il termine, avendolo usato più volte nello stesso documento.

- What is it about the long-term Town cycle that makes it a "reward cycle" but the short term "conflict cycle" isn't? I'm not trying to argue, here, that the short term conflict cycle is in fact a reward cycle.
