Sto traducendo un testo sulla gestione delle prestazioni aziendali. L'azienda in questione conduce ogni anno due revisioni delle prestazioni dei dipendenti e la revisione finale deve essere approvata dal manager di livello superiore. La procedura è chiara anche perché su Goggle si trovano vari esempi e spiegazioni, ma qual è la traduzione più adatta in Italiano? Ecco la frase:
"The final rating approval is completed by the next level manager (one-over-one approval)"

un'altra idea, la prima. La seconda potrebbe essere una versione più stringata per non ripetere il concetto che già è espresso prima. In rete non ho trovato espressioni in italiano precise. Uno+uno potrebbe starci perché in alcuni siti ho trovato che si tratta delle seconda approvazione, dopo una prima, quindi una sorta di controllo. |

Interessante la seconda idea di Danila, vale a dire "approvazione uno+uno".
